The staff were both very helpful and efficient. Spacious and good value for money room with climate control, a private safe and multi-channel television, enjoyed it. The breakfast was great and there were good choice of options.

I had a fantastic 10-night visit to Garden Cliff Resort And Spa - Sha Extra Plus. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the Guest Relations Manager and all staff. They offered early check-in and gave me a stunning suite with breathtaking views of the sea. The king-size bed looked right out to the ocean, and the wrap-around balcony provided side views of the Sanctuary of Truth. The hotel is in a beautiful location, with a scenic outdoor area and a lovely swimming pool. The room was spacious and had a balcony, which was a great feature. The hotel staff provided excellent service, especially in the dining room where they remained cheerful and efficient even during busy times. The security gate staff were kind and respectful, making me feel at home. The hotel also had clean beach towels and an abundance of sun beds. The lifts were impressively fast, and the breakfast area was clean. I had a wonderful experience at Garden Cliff Resort And Spa - Sha Extra Plus and will definitely recommend it to others.

Good selection for buffet breakfast but pain taste i.e. chicken boiled rice, also rice smelt old. Air-con was too cold, made food cold very quickly. 300THB per extra child(ages 3-12 years old) is too expensive in my opinion. The bellboys did not assist us when we left the hotel.

I love the seaview restaurant and the Thai food the restaurant served very much. The room is comfort and nice.

The English standard of staff and the facial treatment in the spa is not good.

The hotel is located outside Pattaya center (north) which is calm and relaxing. Very good that they provide free shutle bus to the center and pick up several times through the day. Very beautiful pool and room view. Exellent breakfast buffe, with a rich variety. Very friendly and serviceminded staff with ok english skills.

Bad functioning shower head, and repeting the same music day after day.

Hotel's room was a nice size and brilliant with a STUNNING view of the sea. We liked to have a large bathroom.

Everything was perfect, exceptional staff, absolutely gorgeous views over the sea. Its location not too far away from Crescent Moon Beach was favourable. The service was amazing, just like I expected. The pool with the sea view was well-maintained.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the attention to detail was impeccable. From the beautifully decorated lobby to the well-maintained swimming pool, everything had a touch of traditional Thai architecture that added to the overall charm of the property. Secondly, the location on the outskirts of Pattaya provided a peaceful getaway from the beach crowds, while still being easily accessible to the city center. Lastly, the service and staff were top-notch. I was impressed with how helpful and proactive they were, from the quick check-in by Khun Noon to the patience exhibited by Khun Elle. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely return.

The check-in experience was excellent. Upgrade to a pool + beach view room. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful view from the balcony, amazing pools. Good breakfast and room service. Private beach. Great location.
